About the Role

We are seeking an
Automation Software Developer
with strong expertise in developing automation solutions for the
semiconductor industry
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, C, and C++ programming and will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the semiconductor domain, including design, verification, and CAD tool engineers.
  • Write efficient and reusable code in Python, C, and C++.
  • Automate workflows for simulation, regression, testing, and debugging.
  • Analyze and optimize automation processes to improve performance and scalability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to automation-related issues.
  • Stay updated with new tools and technologies to enhance automation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience
    in automation development in the
    semiconductor industry
    .
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python, C, and C++
    (mandatory).
  • Experience in developing automation scripts for regression, testing, and debug flows.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor design/verification flows and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
  • Exposure to CAD tools, RTL simulation, or verification methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Perforce).
