Who We're Looking For?

You're a top-notch software developer with a passion for quality and a knack for automation. You're someone that would take the time on a weekend to join a hackathon, just to sharpen your skills. You enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and building systems that scale. You're not just looking to write tests—you want to develop impactful tools and infrastructure that make the whole engineering organization better.

Your Background Might Include:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top university (Master's a plus).
  • Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, networking, programming paradigms.
  • Full-stack development experience.
  • Experience with different design patterns and software architectures.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Golang, C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell, or Perl; understanding when to use each.
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Cloud experience (OCI, AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or technologies is a plus.
  • Participation in competitive coding is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, fast learning ability, and a drive to excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
