Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Recruiter with 1- 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring for roles in the energy and construction sectors, including positions like PLC Engineers, SCADA Specialists, and Control Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering roles

Build talent pipelines for energy and construction clients

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:

13 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical hiring

Strong understanding of roles like PLC, SCADA, and Control Engineers

Experience working with energy and/or construction clients

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
