Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Develop and implement QA procedures, standards, and documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure quality integration.
  • Review and approve technical documents, specifications, and project plans.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, process deviations).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Train staff on quality standards and best practices.

Quality Control (QC):

  • Conduct inspections and testing of materials, components, and final products.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports and test records.
  • Identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Verify supplier and subcontractor quality compliance.
  • Support root cause analysis for quality issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing tools and equipment.
  • Participate in final product approvals and handovers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
