Key Responsibilities:Execute trades in Equity and F&O segments with a disciplined, SOP-driven approach. Monitor intraday positions, manage risk exposure, and maintain trading logs. Work closely with management to support and refine trading strategies.

Confidently propose and implement trading strategies across sectors and instruments. Conduct post-trade analysis and suggest data-backed improvements. Stay updated on market trends, corporate actions, and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant trading experience preferred. Strong understanding of equity and F&O markets, with a disciplined and structured approach to trading. Hands-on experience with terminals like IIFL, ODIN, Zerodha, TradingView, etc.

Ability to ideate, back-test, and implement trading strategies independently. Technical analysis or derivatives certifications will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under market pressure.
