Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to support our Pune operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating, managing, and analysing reports that help track business performance across departments. The role requires coordination between site teams, head office, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, inventory, site expenses, sales, and manpower.
  • Maintain and update dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Construction, CRM) to gather, validate, and consolidate data.
  • Analyse trends and prepare actionable insights for the management team.
  • Develop automated reports using Excel, macros, or Power BI.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting formats.
  • Assist in budget tracking, resource planning, and cost control analysis.
  • Prepare MIS presentations and documentation for reviews.
  • Report directly to the Site Head / Project Coordinator / Regional MIS Lead.

Required Skills

  • Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Macros).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and multiple reporting formats.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS/Reporting roles, preferably in real estate,

construction, or infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems or real estate CRMs is an added advantage.
