  1. CAM Programmer- CATIA V4/V5, Unigraphics NX CAM, Mastercam, and SolidCAM, with expertise in developing reliable toolpaths for complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, turning, and turn-mill operations

2. Costing & Estimation Engineer CAD/CAM tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) and MS Excel for cost estimation, RFQ review, pricing analysis, and developing efficient machining and outsourcing strategies.

3. Quality Manager/Inspector Final and in-process inspection of aerospace precision-machined parts, application of quality core tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP), and use of 7QC tools, 8D methodology, heat treatment, knowledge of aerospace-grade materials, product traceability, and interpretation of drawings, specifications, and PO requirements

4.Sales & Marketing Drive strategic business growth by securing new and existing customer orders, expanding the RFQ pipeline, onboarding new part numbers, and ensuring timely execution of RFQs, FAIs, and contractual obligations through data-driven tracking and collaboration.

  1. CMM Programmer Writing programs and operating CMMs to inspect and verify the dimensions, tolerances, and quality of precision-machined components

  2. PPC (Production Planning & Control) Lead Efficient use of resources, timely delivery, cost control, and alignment with customer requirements. CNC Machine Shop (Turning, TurnMill, Milling and Sliding Head Stock)

7. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC, VMC, minimal downtime, troubleshooting mechanical systems.

8. Technical Training & Development Manager Technical training on CNC, VMC, machining, assembly, quality, safety standards.

9. Special Process RFQ/Estimation -Engineer/Executive Qualification: BE/BTech Chemical/Mechanical/Aeronautical or Diploma or Chemistry. (2-7 Years of Experience in Aerospace, NADCAP Certified Industry)

10. Surface Treatment/Chemical Conversion -Operator AWS D17.1 Certified Welding -Inspector/Engineer Spray Painting/Lubricant Coating -Operator/Engineer

11.VMC & CNC Operator and Setters Machine operation 3Axis, 4 Axis & 5 Axis

12. Admin & Facility Manager Oversees all administrative and facility operations ensuring smooth functioning, maintenance, and workplace efficiency.

  1. Freshers Trainee BE Freshers as trainee for Operations, Sales, Purchase and Maintenance departments

  2. Manager Engineering Experienced Mechanical/Aerospace professional with 1518 years in aerospace NPD/NPI, precision machining, and special processes. Skilled in AS9100D audits, CAD/CAM (CATIA, UG NX, Mastercam, SolidCAM), FAI, and driving cost, quality, and process improvements.
