Role Overvie**

w.We're looking f
or a GTM Engine
er to drive operational efficiency, streamline our go-to-market (GTM) motion, and enable data-driven decision-making across the sales funnel. You will play a critical role in aligning systems, processes, and performance metrics to help the GTM team scale with precisio

n.Key Responsibilitie

  • s.Build and Optimize RevOps Infrastructu
  • retureDesign and manage end-to-end revenue operations systems across CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo etc.), automations, and reporting tool
  • s.Sales Enablement & Process Improveme
  • ntPartner with the Sales & Growth teams to refine pipeline workflows, lead routing, and performance trackin
  • g.Data & Reporti
  • ngBuild dashboards and reporting frameworks for key GTM metrics to empower team with real-time insight
  • s.Cross-functional Alignme
  • ntFacilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure GTM teams work toward shared goals and insight
  • s.Revenue Tech Stack Ownersh
  • ipEvaluate and implement tools to support scalable RevOps systems; manage integrations and data hygiene across platform
  • s.AI led Automations: Partner with sales teams to design and execute GTM campaigns / workflows and automations with the help of latest AI tool

s.Requiremen

  • ts2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS or AI-focused startu
  • p.Deep familiarity with GTM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, etc
  • .)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets, SQL is a plu
