Job Summary:

The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and solutions to solve complex business problems. This role involves leading AI projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating closely with data scientists and software engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Develop scalable AI solutions for real-world applications.
  • Lead end-to-end AI project implementation including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies to innovate solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve existing AI models for better performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Experience with data engineering, feature engineering, and model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in AI or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI workloads.
  • Publications or contributions to AI research.
  • Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
