*Education- Diploma or Mechanical Background (Candidate must have experience of HVAC Industry)*

*Roles and Responsibilities*

Supervise HVAC project execution at various sites, including VRF systems, ducting, piping,

AHUs, and ventilation systems.

  • Prepare detailed execution plans and ensure projects are implemented as per design

specifications and timelines.

  • Regularly update management on site progress, risks, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workforce for smooth site operations.

  • Read, interpret, and work according to HVAC layout drawings and project specifications.

Engage and coordinate with architects, consultants, customers, and project management

companies (PMCs).

  • Ensure timely and accurate site measurements for certification and billing purposes.

  • Estimate manpower requirements and plan daily workforce deployment accordingly.

  • Adhere to quality and safety standards during project execution.

  • Maintain project documentation and support the invoicing process with proper

certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BE (Mechanical) or ITI (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) certified.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC project execution in Mumbai or similar metro

markets.

  • Proficiency in ducting, piping layouts, VRF system installation, AHUs, and ventilation system

integration.

  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC project drawings and specifications.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with teams and

clients.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of project reporting and documentation processes.
