Education / Qualification:
- Any Diploma, Graduate, or Undergraduate qualification accepted.
Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in the hospital or insurance industry, or 6 months to 2 years of customer-facing experience.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (verbal and interpersonal) skills.
- Strong listening and analytical abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and teams.
- Problem-solving attitude and enthusiasm for challenges.
- Multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
