Role Description

This position blends deep technical expertise with proactive problem-solving and collaboration. You'll work closely with global IT, Security, and People teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable systems that support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure AD services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Administer Okta for identity, SSO, and MFA integrations.
  • Support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Drive automation and process efficiency using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex IT issues.
  • Partner with Security and Workplace teams to uphold compliance and improve systems resilience.
  • Monitor performance, manage patch cycles, and assist with disaster recovery and system upgrades.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and contribute to global process standardization.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Systems Administrator with experience
    implementing and managing enterprise identity and access systems (Okta, Ping, Azure AD).
  • Must have set up
    SSO systems from scratch -
     not just user provisioning or password resets.
  • Strong background in 
    corporate network setup and configuration,
     not just desktop or end-user support.
  • Proven experience creating 
    applications, automations, and security policies within Okta or similar IAM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of 
    Azure administration and identity management in cloud environments.
