Job description:

  • Windows Servers Administration and Management.
  • System Backup
  • Server Security
  • MSSQL and MySQL Admin.
  • Working on virtualization technologies like Hyper-V.
  • Implement and maintain server security measures.
  • Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity.
  • Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels.
  • Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels.
  • Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Thorough knowledge of Windows Server Environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ownership and follow-up skills.
  • Should be able to perform independently and in teams.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience into web hosting industry is preferred.
