Window Server Administrator

We are seeking a talented and experienced Windows Server to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our Windows server environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Windows Server Responsibilities:
Support and maintain Anti-virus solution(s)
Perform incident response and break-fix triage for infrastructure system issues
Partner with the business to fulfil requests for service
Execute and improve vulnerability and resiliency management programs including patch management, infrastructure testing and other proactive maintenance tasks
Develop and utilize scripts to automate repetitive tasks
Be available when on call to provide support after hours
Should be willing to participate in non-standard working-time models
Be actively involved in automating and improving the already established Server Build processes
Provide day-to-day oversight of the Server operations environment, with a focus on continuous service improvement
Being available to perform tasks outside normal business hours and on weekends being on call for at least two weeks per quarter
Windows Server Requirements:
Document technical requirements, develop and oversee project plans and implement change control procedures
Metrics/Executive Reporting experience required
Experience with development and execution of OS patching processes preferred
Understanding of ITSM lifecycle
Experience with MS Windows 2008, 2012 Operating Systems, MS Cluster Services, HA, DFS, FTP, File and Print Sharing, Security Patching, File Server Migration
