Role & responsibilities
- To recruit, train & develop good quality prospective Agency Partners and insurance advisors
- Conducts regular meetings and empanelment and activation of AP and advisors
- Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information
- Obtains and analyses information from market to identify new clients and advisors
- Do the Field Sales/Joint calls to increase the AP / advisor strength and Business
- Drives ongoing sales from the advisors and contribute towards regions achievements
Preferred candidate profile
- Full time Graduation (Mandatory)
- Preferable Age up to 35 years
- Willing to do field sales Job
- Local candidate with strong social network.
- Having Two-Wheeler is must.
- Good Communication Skills and Preventability
- Candidate must have atleast 2 years of sales experience in Agency/APC channel with Insurance (Life/General/Health)
