  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing data in addressing business challenges
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis and visualization
  • Oversee the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to support decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the company's data assets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics tools and technologies within the organization
  • Manage relationships with external data vendors and partners
  • Create and maintain a data-driven culture within the organization
  • Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring of analytics team members
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators related to analytics initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's data strategy
  • Lead special projects related to data analysis and business intelligence
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior analytics or data science role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL)
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts
  • Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align analytics with organizational goals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for using data to drive growth and innovation
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Certifications in data analytics or related fields are desirable
