### Job Overview:

We are a leading hair transplant clinic dedicated to transforming lives through advanced hair restoration solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Telecallers to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services to drive appointments and growth.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.

- Explain hair transplant procedures, benefits, and packages in a clear and friendly manner.

- Handle inbound inquiries, address client queries, and provide accurate information.

- Schedule appointments for consultations with our hair transplant specialists.

- Maintain a record of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.

- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and appointment booking goals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and outreach strategies.

### Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in [Hindi/English].

- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette.

- Basic computer skills for CRM and data entry.

- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.

- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

- Knowledge of hair transplant or cosmetic industry is an advantage.
