Job Description – Senior Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Mohali, Sector 82

Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Real Estate Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and lead generation in the real estate sector.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads).
  • Plan and manage branding initiatives, including outdoor advertising, print media, and promotional activities.
  • Organize and oversee outdoor events, exhibitions, and property launches to maximize customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships for printing, outdoor promotions, and creative design.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, promotions, outdoor events, and printing.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of design tools and printing processes.
