Job Description :

  • Lead the end-to-end architectural vision, design strategy, and innovation across all projects, ensuring alignment with the organizations business objectives and design philosophy.
  • Direct and mentor architectural teams, providing guidance on concept development, design detailing, sustainability, and technical excellence.
  • Oversee and review all architectural deliverables including master planning, massing, unit layouts, facade articulation, and detailed construction documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration between architecture and allied disciplines (structure, MEP, landscape, interiors) through cross-functional leadership.
  • Establish and enforce design standards across all stages of drawings.
  • Review and approve all material selections, facade systems, and finishes in coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams.
  • Stay abreast of current building regulations, DCR, NBC norms, fire codes, green building standards, and RERA compliance; ensure organizational adherence.
  • Lead value engineering and risk assessment exercises to maintain cost-effectiveness without compromising design integrity.
  • Manage high-level client presentations, design approvals, and stakeholder engagements
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on design progress, risks, and opportunities to the Management team.
  • Champion a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the architecture function.
