We are looking for the following experts for Prestigious Building Construction Project in Chennai.

Project Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Project Duration: 3 years

Input Requirement: (Full Time / Intermittent)

Resources required for deployment:

  1. Team Leader: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Must have more than 20 years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least 10 years of experience in consultancy services (PMC/GC) for building or infrastructure projects.

  2. Contract Expert: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Must have more than 18 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

  3. Chief Architect: Graduate in Architecture with a Masters degree in Architecture. Must have more than 18 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

  4. Structure Expert: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering. Must have more than 18 years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least 10 years of experience in the structural design of buildings or infrastructure projects.

  5. Resident Engineers: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a Master's degree in Construction Management. Must have more than 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least 8 years of experience in the execution of building or infrastructure works.

  6. Chief Quality Control / Assurance Engineer: Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Must have more than 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for building or infrastructure works.

  7. Chief Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a Postgraduate Diploma and a Master's degree in Industrial Safety. Must have more than 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field, including at least 8 years of experience in safety management for building or infrastructure works.
