  • Role Overview: Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimisation of Amity Universitys paid digital campaigns across India and international markets. This role focuses on driving quality leads and improving campaign efficiency by working hands-on across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic. You will execute campaigns designed to reach diverse student segments across Tier I–III Indian cities and global regions, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across search, display, social, video, and native platforms.
  • Implement targeting, bidding, and creative changes to improve CTR, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and lead forms to maximise performance.
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and attribution for all campaigns.
  • Daily Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Track live campaign performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions in real time.
  • Maintain accurate records of spends, impressions, leads, CPL, and CPA.
  • Flag any underperforming campaigns promptly with optimisation recommendations.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Share actionable insights to refine targeting and creative strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with admissions and inside sales teams to ensure lead quality and follow-up efficiency.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and brand teams for timely asset delivery and updates.
  • Platform & Process Management
  • Stay updated on latest features, tools, and best practices in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Maintain campaign asset libraries and tracking sheets.
  • Support testing of new ad formats, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in higher education, edtech, or other high-ticket B2C sectors.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and familiarity with programmatic platforms.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and basic CRM usage.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
