Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Performing routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to ensure optimal performance and compliance with evolving standards for machines.

Documentation:

  • Preparation of Maintenance documents, Spare part lists, Operation and Maintenance Sops, Logging of Maintenance history of individual machines, Manuals, BOM's, Documentations, Maintaining detailed documentation of designs, installations, and modifications for future reference.

Design and Development:

  • Creating detailed schematics, Drawings and layouts for control panels, ensuring they meet specific operational needs and safety standards.

Installation and Assembly:

  • Overseeing the assembly of components like circuit breakers, relays, and PLCs within the panel, ensuring proper wiring and secure connections. Fabrications of Tanks, Machine assembly, Machine & Field wiring, Machine inhouse trials. Packing & dispatch of the machine, Installation & commissioning, Machine maintenance, factory maintenance.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

  • Conducting thorough testing after installation to ensure functionality and troubleshooting any issues, identifying faulty components or wiring errors.

Programming and Commissioning:

  • Knowledge of PLC required. Programming and configuring PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) to control the panel's functions. Debugging and fault finding etc.

Coordination:

  • Collaborating with mechanical, design, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.

On-site Commissioning:

  • Managing the installation and commissioning of machine at the client's site, servicing etc.

Safety Compliance:

  • Ensuring all work adheres to relevant safety standards and regulations of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and control panel design principles.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (Electrical & Mechanical) effectively.
  • PLC and HMI Programming: Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens) and HMIs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within given budget.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, Clients.
  • CAD Software: Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD ) for creating electrical drawings would be an additional advantage.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to adhering to safety standards and practices.
  • Experience - Minimum 5 years in Machine maintenance with hands on working capability.
