Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an MSc-level professional (3-4 years experience) at Pepchem Pharma Labs. The candidate will be involved in daily tasks such as multi-step synthesis, route of synthesis designing , process development, custom synthesis, analytical method support, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role also encompasses work in impurity profiling and supporting SAR library development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in multi-step organic synthesis and process development
  • Experience in analytical methods and impurity profiling
  • Knowledge in regulatory filings and QC
  • Strong background in scientific research and drug discovery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
