  • TECHNIACL SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes

– Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc), cutting, bending, machining, grinding, surface finishing.

  • Ability to read & interpret mechanical drawings (2D/3D CAD).
  • Understanding of materials (steel grades, alloys, hardness, treatments).
  • Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and tooling for fabrication.
  • Tolerance & fits knowledge (because SPM parts must match precisely).
  • Assembly know-how – aligning fabricated parts into final machine frames.
  • Basics of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machining (since SPMs integrate multiple domains).
  • Quality control skills – using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge).

-OTHER SKILLS

  • Dynamic problem-solving – every SPM is different, no copy-paste jobs.
  • Process planning – deciding the sequence of fabrication, assembly, welding, machining.
  • Team handling – guide fitters, welders, helpers; ensure discipline & safety.
  • Time management – delivering on schedule

Job Type: Full-time
