Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Computer Science Trainer to deliver high-quality training in both online and offline modes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the listed subjects and a strong ability to communicate complex concepts to students in an engaging and effective manner.

You will be responsible for preparing course materials, delivering interactive sessions, assessing student progress, and continuously improving the training content based on learner feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, workshops, and lab sessions on the specified subjects.
  • Design and update curriculum and training materials aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct interactive, hands-on coding sessions and real-world project guidance.
  • Assess student assignments, projects, and overall progress.
  • Provide mentorship and doubt-clearing support.
  • Create tests, quizzes, and evaluation methods to track learning outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the respective domains.
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to varied learner groups – beginners to advanced.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching or working in at least 3 of the listed subjects.
  • Strong command of Python, DBMS, and DSA is a must.
  • Experience with Mobile Computing, Computer Architecture, and Blockchain is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor is highly desirable.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and learning content.
  • Comfortable working with diverse groups of students – undergraduates, graduates, or working professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate and Certification(s) in any of the subjects mentioned.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Ability to provide training in both English and local languages (if applicable).

Work Type Options:

  • Freelancer: Per-session or per-course compensation, flexible schedule.
  • Full-Time: Fixed monthly salary with performance incentives, training hours, and growth opportunities.
