Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage, support, and optimize SAP landscapes. The role involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing components of application code across clients, as well as performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Basis Administration.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and migrate SAP systems.
  • Manage system performance, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP environments.
  • Oversee user administration, security, and authorization concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to critical decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring skill development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for system efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
  • Good To Have: Experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Experience in system monitoring, backup, and recovery.
  • Ability to resolve SAP performance and system issues effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
  • Full-time education with 15 years of academic background.
  • Location: Indore/Coimbatore/Hyderabad/Kolkata.
