Requirements
As the Talent Acquisition Lead / Head of Recruiting (India Operations), you will:
- Drive Growth & Delivery – Own recruiting and account P/L across US & India markets.
- Leverage AI & Data – Use AI agents and analytics to 10X client and candidate ROI while managing associated risks.
- Build & Lead Teams – Mentor, inspire, and scale a high-performing recruiting and client success team.
