About the Role

We are looking for a confident and sharp Store Manager who understands luxury retail behavior, can manage floor operations, lead the sales team, and ensure customer experience is on point from entry to billing.

If you have only worked in small retail setups without handling full store responsibility — this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and staff performance
  • Train, mentor, and supervise sales consultants & stylists
  • Handle high-value clientele with professionalism and product confidence
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
  • Track daily sales, footfall, conversions, stock movement and submit reports
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain store service quality
  • Drive monthly sales targets and store performance growth

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Confident personality with strong communication & presence
  • Well-groomed and fashion-conscious appearance
  • Prior experience in luxury fashion, couture, designer wear, or bridal retail
  • Ability to handle high-end customers and customized outfit discussions
  • Experience managing a team of 8–12 staff minimum
  • Strong in reporting, sales tracking, and operational coordination
  • Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making ability

Work Schedule

  • 6 days working
  • Weekday off
  • Must be comfortable with festival / wedding season rush hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
