Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer specializing in Process Quality Control of Lithium Batteries. The role is located in Ghaziabad. The Quality Engineer will oversee day-to-day quality control processes, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, implementing quality management systems, and troubleshooting quality issues. The role also involves collaborating with production teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience with Product Quality and Quality Management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with production teams
  • Experience in the battery or automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
