The opportunity

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end packing and dispatch process.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers, dealers, or other destinations.
• Prepare and verify essential dispatch documents such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
• Ensure all dispatches comply with company policies, government regulations (like GST), and safety norms.
• Oversee and manage finished goods inventory in the warehouse or dispatch yard.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and finished products, including adhering to specific bin locations and batch numbers.
• Analyze and optimize transportation costs by planning efficient routes and negotiating with freight vendors.
