Overview:

  • Analyzing requirements for Technical Documentation according to use cases and targeted audiences.
  • Transforming technical input into readable, easy understandable content / topics with the right text and illustration mix for your target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating user manuals other printed or digital Technical Documentation
  • Creating technical illustrations (2D/3D drawings).
  • Collaborating closely with Offer Management, Offer Development, Project Management & Communications.
  • Ensuring quality, usability, safety compliance and corporate identity

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Technology/Engineering degree (preferably Electrical/Electronics)

  • Ability to explain complex, technically demanding products in easily understandable language, illustrations
  • Ability to plan, manage and control several parallel projects, experience in Project Management
  • Works well in a dynamic environment and can able to engage many stakeholders based across different locations and different time zones
  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously ensuring on-time, on-quality, on-budget delivery
  • Experience with XML-based editor: Arbortext Editor preferred
  • Fluency in English, strong writing skills in English
  • Strong communicating and coordination skills
  • Passionate about delivering high quality, customer-centric, easy-to-use technical documentation
  • Positive and open attitude, flexibility.
  • Collaborative working style, team-player

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a technical writer in global technology company
