I. Propsito General:

Lograr el xito de los imperativos del rea PQVC

II. Funciones:
  • Cantidades correctas de insumos para cumplimiento a orden de trabajo
  • Seguimiento a ordenes de trabajo
  • Asegurar la eficiencia de los equipos
  • Abastecer insumos y/o herramentales a rea de trabajo
  • Asegurar la eficiencia de los equipos
III. Mquinas y Equipos involucrados:
  • Horno de arco electrico
  • Gruas viajeras
IV. Herramientas utilizadas:

Uso de material para documentacion, seguimiento y solucion de problemas en pizarrones de value stream

V. Escolaridad/Habilidades requeridas:
  • Conocimiento en el area de fusion, manejo de Hornos de arco elctrico
  • Preparatoria
  • Manejo de personal
  • Manejo de gruas viajeras
  • Conocimiento en planes de emergencia
  • Conocimiento en proceso de fundicion de acero al bajo carbono y materiales refractarios.
