Resumen del trabajo:Realizar la inspeccin de las piezas en el rea de Pintura siguiendo el checklist de inspeccin para asegurar que las piezas cumplan con la calidad de acuerdo a dibujo.
Qu har el candidato:- Realizar la inspeccin de las piezas de acuerdo al estndar de trabajo.
- En caso de encontrar algn defecto seguir el flujo de material no conforme.
- Adherirse a los procesos y prcticas de CQMS.
- Aplicar aspectos clave de los procesos de mejora continua.
- Realizacin de Tcards de mejora de procesos y ABBs de seguridad.
Preparatoria terminada o Ingeniera a fin.
Qu habilidades tendr el candidato ideal:- Gestin de la Calidad CMQS: conocimiento de los mtodos, herramientas y tcnicas de gestin de la calidad y capacidad para crear y respaldar un entorno que cumpla con los objetivos de calidad de la organizacin.
- Flexibilidad y Adaptabilidad: conocimiento de enfoques y tcnicas exitosos para afrontar el cambio; capacidad de adaptarse a un entorno cambiante y sentirse cmodo con el cambio.
- Ganas de aprender y alta disponibilidad para apoyo al equipo de trabajo.
- Manejo de computadora.
- Lectura de dibujos.
- Manejo de SAP.
- Conocimiento de ETQ.
- Conocimiento de criterios de aceptacin de soldadura (deseable).
- Conocimiento de criterios de aceptacin de pintura (deseable).
- Ubicacin del puesto: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Len.
- Este puesto no requiere viajar.
- Horario laboral: lunes a viernes con opcin a Lunes a Sbado.
- Ingls: No requerido.
