Resumen de trabajo:

Esta posicin se encargar de realizar las inspecciones de calidad de soldadura y dimensional de los productos fabricados con el objetivo de asegurar el cumplimiento de los criterios bajo los estndares de calidad y seguridad. Ser responsable de atender las llamadas de inspeccin creadas en los diferentes value stream.

Lo que hars:
  • Realizar inspecciones visuales y dimensionales para detectar defectos bajo los criterios establecidos por los estndares de calidad.
  • Asegurar los registros y evidencias de los productos para garantizar la trazabilidad de este, as como para mantener y actualizar los documentos del proceso.
  • Registrar los resultados de inspeccin y emite los reportes de conformidad o no conformidad.
  • Recopilar datos de no conformidad y reportarlos para su registro apoyando tambin en la revalidacin para la liberacin del producto.
  • Realizar auditoras al proceso validando la calificacin de los soldadores, los parmetros del proceso y el seguimiento al trabajo estndar.
Educacin requerida:

Requiere una preparatoria o carrera tcnica Industrial o Mecatrnica terminada o campo relacionado. Tambin se considerarn candidatos o candidatas que estn en proceso de finalizacin de la carrera.

Que habilidades tendrs:

  • Gestin de calidad:
    Conocimiento de especificaciones, lectura de dibujos y tcnicas de gestin de calidad para crear y apoyar un proceso que cumpla con los objetivos de calidad de la organizacin.

  • Precisin y atencin al detalle:
    Comprender la criticidad y el valor de la precisin para completar la tarea de inspeccin.

  • Pruebas de productos:
    Conocimiento de los criterios, herramientas y tcnicas de inspeccin para garantizar la calidad del producto.

  • Este puesto ser en Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX
  • Esta posicin es 100 PERCENT presencial
  • Horario de trabajo: lunes a jueves con disponibilidad para turno rotativo y fines de semana segn sea necesario.
  • Se requiere flexibilidad y disponibilidad.
  • Esta posicin no se ofrece reubicacin.
