Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant at Hotel Radha Regent Bengaluru, located in Bengaluru South. The Accounts Assistant will manage daily accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, handling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining financial records. They will assist in budgeting, auditing, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with financial policies. Collaboration with other departments to support financial operations will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in operating accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in accounting or finance-related roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory standards is advantageous
