**Position Responsibilities**:
- **Main Duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and report any issues to the Finance Manager.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain and update vendor files and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Track and record company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Understand the financial aspects related to IT networking products and services.
- Work closely with the IT department to manage IT-related financial transactions and budgeting.
**Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience**:
- **Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Technical Qualification**:
- Proficiency in Tally software is required.
- Knowledge of IT networking products and their financial implications.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
