Additional Allowances: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Allowance)

Job Description:

As a Trainee Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and driving prescription generation. You will undergo comprehensive training to enhance your pharmaceutical knowledge, sales, and customer engagement skills. This position provides an excellent opportunity to start your career in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our products, including their benefits, indications, and usage, to effectively communicate their value to healthcare professionals.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff to promote our products.
  • Promotional Activities: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and engage in other promotional activities to drive prescription generation.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the business's growth and success.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyse market data, competitor insights, and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: B. Pharm or B.Sc. degree (Freshers preferred).
  • Age Limit: Below 23 years.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel within the designated territory.
