Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support:- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality for sensitive information.

- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.

Business & Strategic Support:- Conduct market research and analysis to support business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree, often in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative or managerial role is essential.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software is a must.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, time management, and the capacity to multitask are crucial.
Other Attributes:
Ability to work under pressure, maintain discretion, and take initiative are highly valued.
