Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and job applications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening via phone or video calls.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Support onboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating new hire formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
