Preferred candidate profile
- Basic Knowledge of mechanical structural design & related manufacturing processes.
- Hands on experience with creating new concept design using 3D Solid Edge CAD software.
- Ability to handle the complete project in 3D CAD modelling environments, hands on the large assembly.
- Bill of material and Revision management of design/manufacturing drawings.
- Hand on experience of ECN/ECR Engineering Change Note / Engineering Change Request Process & Drawing & BOM Release in Teamcenter PLM software
- Involve in ECN / ECR cross function team CFT meeting & effectively communicate to all CFT team.
- Ability to create design documentation & communicate to other cross function teams & suppliers.
- Highly organized - Excellent follow through and follow up skills; results and delivery oriented.
- Able to multi-task a variety of duties, and check ECN actual implementation at manufacturing line.
- Having design background, in the below fields is desirable - Fire/foam trucks, Liquid waste management products, Truck superstructures like load bodies, Tippers and Heavy machinery etc.
- Basic Knowledge of ERP Oracle Netsuite software on Item / Part Creation & Bill of Material upload.
Software Knowledge required: CAD Solid Edge, NX, PLM - Teamcenter, ERP Oracle NetSuite.
