Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Digital Marketing Expert - Performance Marketing. The responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on performance marketing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to meet key performance metrics. The role will involve leveraging marketing channels like social media and online platforms to enhance brand presence, drive lead acquisition, and target the right audience. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to align goals, analyze campaign performance, and implement innovative strategies for growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Marketing skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Marketing Strategy to drive successful online campaigns
  • Experience with Sales and lead generation to support revenue growth
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize performance based on insights
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to campaign strategy
  • Proven experience in performance marketing in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
