Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, generate leads/bookings, and enhance brand awareness across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, content, and influencer marketing).
  • Manage company's online presence across all platforms including website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic traffic.
  • Manage and analyze performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, creatives, videos, reels, stories) and maintain brand voice and consistency.
  • Collaborate with sales and reservations team to drive online bookings and conversions.
  • Monitor competitors' digital strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews across OTA platforms (Tripadvisor, , Google Reviews, etc.).
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience: 5–7 years (Preferred in Hospitality background)

Language: English (Required), Hindi

Pay: ₹3,36, ₹6,00,000.00 per year

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Required)
