Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong coding expertise, proven leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills to design and deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Frontend: Angular, JavaScript
  • Backend: Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate
  • Databases: SQL & NoSQL
  • Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven architecture
  • APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL
  • Security: Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, OAuth grant types
  • AI/ML Integration (Preferred): Deeplearning4j, DJL, TensorFlow Java API, Spring AI
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Bitbucket
  • Testing & Tools: Postman, Jira
  • Software Engineering: Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design principles
  • Other: Cloud-native development & modern Java versions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, implementation, and bug-fixing of scalable full-stack solutions (iDeal & DM applications).
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time with high quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Drive adoption of modern practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership/lead developer roles.
  • Strong expertise in Spring ecosystem & Microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on complex systems and work independently.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration in Java applications is a plus.
