We are looking for a highly skilled Python Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, writing maintainable and reusable code, and working across both backend (Python, ) and frontend ). This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude toward building high-quality, secure, and performant systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end fullstack applications using Python (backend) and React(frontend).
  • Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Implement scalable, modular, and secure architectures for web applications.
  • Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Work with Docker for containerization, ensuring smooth deployment across environments.
  • Apply testing methodologies (unit, integration, e2e) to deliver bug-free, stable applications.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers for smooth delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud, and AI/LLMs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Backend Development:
  • Strong experience with Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
  • Good understanding of or NestJS for backend services.
  • Frontend Development:
  • Hands-on experience with or Angular is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of modern frontend concepts (hooks, state management, routing, component-based development).
  • DevOps & Deployment:
  • Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins – nice to have).
  • Database Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Software Engineering Practices:
  • Strong focus on clean code, modular design, and maintainability.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.).
  • Understanding of version control (Git), branching strategies, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), ChatGPT prompting, or building AI-driven applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Prior experience in software quality assurance and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
