We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Stock Analyst & Operations Head to lead our trading and client relationship functions. The ideal candidate will oversee the relationship management department and the trading (forex and stock) teams, ensuring seamless coordination, data-driven decisions, and high client satisfaction.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of stock markets, trading operations, and forex processes, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the stock analysis and trading operations, ensuring accurate market insights and timely execution of trading strategies.
  • Oversee the Relationship Manager department, guiding them on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the forex trading team on all operational processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across stock and currency markets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement investment strategies and trading frameworks.
  • Provide training and performance evaluations for both the RM and trading teams to enhance productivity and professionalism.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports and market summaries to management.
  • Ensure regulatory and operational compliance across all trading and client processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in trading, investment analysis, or financial operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of forex markets, stock market analytics, and trading systems.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams with a strategic and result-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in market analysis tools and platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
