A global leader in digital transformation is seeking a
strategic, visionary, and execution-strong Global Delivery Head
to accelerate the growth of its rapidly expanding
Data & Analytics business
. With an established global footprint, deep domain expertise, and award-winning culture, the organization is poised for its next major scale-up—and requires a transformative leader to architect and drive this journey.

This is a high-visibility executive mandate designed for a leader who has
"been there, done that"
in scaling complex, multi-geo data delivery organizations and who can blend strategy with operational precision to deliver impact at global scale.

The Mandate

  • Scale a Global Business:
    Expand the Data & Analytics delivery portfolio from
    $150M to $400M
    , ensuring operational excellence and differentiated client impact.
  • Lead Multi-Geo Delivery:
    Oversee distributed global delivery across
    North America, Europe, and APAC
    , serving marquee Tier-1 clients across BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Travel, High-Tech, and more.
  • Champion Data Modernization:
    Drive large-scale programs spanning
    legacy-to-cloud modernization, data lake/warehouse transformation, ETL/reporting modernization, AI/ML modernization, GenAI adoption
    , and advanced analytics.
  • Architect Organizational Transformation:
    Redesign the delivery model from a diamond to a
    pyramid-shaped structure
    to improve scalability, capability depth, and cost efficiency.
  • Commercial Leadership:
    Optimize margins through strategic resourcing, shared services leverage, and disciplined operational governance.
  • Build a World-Class Data Organization:
    Create a differentiated talent ecosystem and an IP-led delivery engine powered by
    AI accelerators, reusable assets, and automation frameworks
    .

Executive Responsibilities

  • Establish and institutionalize
    global operating models
    for Data & AI delivery.
  • Strengthen and scale shared capabilities in
    data engineering, analytics, governance, AI/ML, and platform support
    .
  • Drive delivery excellence across Fixed Price, Outcome-Based, T&M, and Managed Services models.
  • Partner closely with global sales and business leadership to align delivery capabilities with growth aspirations.
  • Govern delivery quality, financial performance, and client outcomes with executive rigor.
  • Build and groom a
    next-generation leadership bench
    across geographies.

Ideal Leader Profile

  • Must have led large-scale Data Modernization programs
    , including appliance decom, ETL and reporting modernization, and cloud-native database modernization.
  • Must have hands-on leadership
    in AI/ML and GenAI implementations on cloud platforms.
  • Track record of scaling Data & Analytics delivery organizations from
    $150M to $400M+
    .
  • Deep experience managing global, multi-geo delivery for Tier-1 enterprises.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multiple commercial constructs.
  • Proven strength in building pyramid-oriented delivery structures and optimizing global talent models.
  • Executive gravitas, board-level communication, and the ability to influence globally.
