One of our Digital Marketing startup with clients across the globe is looking for a Brand, UI/UX, and Social Media Designer to join its team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design, branding, and social media strategy.

Job Title: Brand, UI/UX, and Social Media Designer

Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Fulltime (onsite)

Job Overview: We are looking for a versatile and creative Designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, brand design, and social media presence of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual and brand consistency.

Responsibilities: UI/UX Design:

  • Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.
  • Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Brand Development:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all digital and print materials.
  • Create visually compelling brand assets, including logos, marketing materials, and presentation templates.
  • Ensure all design elements align with the overall brand strategy and guidelines.

Social Media:

  • Design engaging content for social media platforms using tools like Canva.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other content formats.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into design strategies.Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' design experience in UI/UX, branding, and social media for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio of professional design work showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, branding, and social media graphics for both web and mobile platform.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
