About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in creating seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and turn them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve design decisions.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, marketing) to deliver high-quality final output.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user experience standards.
  • Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with wireframing tools, prototyping, and user research.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
