We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B sales while managing showroom operations and the sales team, ensuring both business growth and an exceptional retail experience.
Role Overview
As the Sales Manager – B2B & Showroom, you will spearhead our sales strategy across business-to-business (B2B) and direct showroom sales channels. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that blends corporate sales, luxury retail management, and pre-sales design consultation.
You will be responsible for expanding B2B partnerships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and corporate clients, while also ensuring a premium showroom experience for walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop business opportunities with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners to drive project-based and bulk furniture sales.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations for large projects.
- Represent Induscraft at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to expand B2B reach.
Showroom Sales & Client Engagement
- Oversee daily operations of the flagship showroom, ensuring a premium and seamless shopping experience.
- Guide and mentor the showroom sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
- Greet and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and offer personalized furniture and décor recommendations.
- Provide professional design inputs and help clients visualize products in their homes using sketches, mood boards, or digital tools.
Sales Management & Operations
- Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets for both B2B and showroom channels.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for seamless order processing and on-time delivery.
- Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients for proactive follow-ups.
Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-centric culture.
- Conduct regular product knowledge and furniture trend training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in B2B sales, luxury retail, or high-value furniture/home décor sales, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong network among architects, interior designers, and corporate buyers (preferred).
- Expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, and sales negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of home furniture and home décor trends and space planning.
- Ability to work with sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop) is a plus.
