Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role also involves strategy development for talent management, conducting performance reviews, managing training programs, and providing support in organizational development initiatives. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership to cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring adherence
  • Strong skills in performance management, conducting evaluations, and developing talent management strategies
  • Experience in training and development, organizational development, and driving employee engagement initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR are an advantage)

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, and familiarity with modern HR technology and trends

  • Experience of 2 years in HR management or a similar role (preferred)
